Your Stay
Parking information.
We have our own private car park situated at the rear of the guest house. If you wish to explore Exeter further on your day of departure, you are more than welcome to leave your vehicle in the carpark following check out – just let us know. There is no additional charge for using the carpark.
Facilities and Utilities.
In the summer months, you are very welcome to use the garden area. We have a guest lounge area on the ground floor, at the front of the house. There is a large collection of games located in the lounge area, please feel free to use during your stay. We have a selection of guide books and maps should you require them, which are located in the guest dining area. If you require space to work you are more than welcome to use the dining room, but please be mindful that this will not be available during breakfast service.
In your room, you will find a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, spare blankets, towels, toiletries and an umbrella. An extra pillow is available on request. If you are missing any of these items, please do not hesitate to come find us.
In terms of heating, not all of us are the same. We will have the heating on at varying times, depending on the time of year. If you do find you are too warm, please simply adjust the heat level by turning the dial down on your radiators.
Guest Wi-Fi.
We have full fibre 100Mbps coming into the building, which should be enough for your online browsing, streaming and posting of your wonderful stay!
Breakfast.
Breakfast is freshly cooked to order between 7.30am and 9.30am in the dining room on the ground floor. Please find below a copy of our breakfast menu, and do advise us if you have any allergies or dietary requirements. Kindly note at the weekend the dining area can get very busy around 9am, due to a much-needed lie in for many - if you want to avoid a small wait or wish to dine more quietly, we recommend coming down a little earlier.
